How it works
Four steps, and the last two happen at the van.

Book online
Choose a van and your dates. If it is free you can book it there and then. Create an account with your email and a password.

Upload your licence and pay
Photograph both sides of your driving licence and a proof of address, then pay for the hire and the deposit. Your booking is confirmed.

Scan the code on the van
On the day, point your phone camera at the code fixed to the van. It opens your booking. No key desk and no waiting.

Photograph it and go
Take the photos the site asks for, enter the mileage and fuel, and the van is yours. Do the same when you bring it back.
The condition check
Before you drive off you photograph the van from each side, inside the cab, in the load area, and the dashboard showing the mileage and fuel. That takes about two minutes.
When you return it you do the same. Both sets sit against your booking with the time they were taken. If there is a question about damage, the answer is in the photos, not in anyone's memory.
